Scope
These terms govern use of this website and professional engagements with TechNow Pakistan. Project-specific proposals, statements of work and contracts may add or replace relevant terms.
Proposals and Payment
Scope, schedule, fees, milestones and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Additional requests may require a revised estimate and schedule.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely, lawful and accurate materials, feedback and approvals. Delays in these inputs may affect delivery dates.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing are defined in each project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, final approved deliverables transfer after full payment; our pre-existing methods and tools remain ours.
Liability
Services are provided with professional care. To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service and excludes indirect losses.
